Job Summary
Drive timely, high-quality escalation decisions by converting demand, DDQ, and forecast signals into actionable executive insights across MSR and Sales Lock horizons. Partner with Segment Leads, BU Planners, Sales, and AEBU leadership to prioritize critical demand, quantify impact, align trade-offs, and ensure disciplined follow-through to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Critical Demand Identification & Segmentation
Establish a consolidated view of critical demand by segment, customer, and product, integrating forecast deltas, DDQs, and risk signals.
Drive data integrity and alignment across segment, Sales, and BU Ops inputs to ensure escalation discussions are based on consistent definitions and facts.
Own governance of the critical-demand tracker as the system of record for AEBU escalation readiness and status.
Escalation Analytics & Decision Support
Deliver decision-grade analytics for escalation forums, including horizon-based gap sizing and allocation trade-off options.
Translate complex signals into a clear executive narrative: what’s at risk, why, by when, and recommended actions.
Partner with BU Planning and Supply Chain to convert constraints into feasible scenarios and implications for customers and segments.
Escalation Tracking & Follow?Through
Run the escalation operating cadence: intake, prioritization, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Establish accountability by tracking owners, actions, and closure dates for leadership commitments.
Enforce a quality gate so each escalation is decision-ready (DDQs, timing, quantified impact, and recommended path).
Cross?Functional Collaboration
Align Segment, Sales/BDM, BU Ops, and Supply Chain stakeholders on priorities, customer context, and executable supply/demand decisions.
Process & Capability Improvement
Scale AEBU escalation capability by improving data consistency, lead-time visibility, and early warning indicators.
Surface recurring gaps and drive root-cause actions to prevent repeat escalations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or equivalent experience
5+ years driving planning/analytics in demand, supply, or business operations environments
Proven ability to structure ambiguous data into insights and recommendations
Experience influencing decisions in executive and cross-functional forums
Operational rigor; reliable delivery under tight timelines
Desired Qualifications
Experience in semiconductor/technology or other complex, constrained supply environments
Working knowledge of forecasting, constrained supply planning, and allocation/escalation operating models
Advanced analytical tooling and modeling capability; planning systems experience a plus
Comfort challenging inputs constructively and driving alignment in ambiguous situations
Key Success Measures
Higher decision quality: consistent, quantified critical-demand packages entering escalation forums
Faster time-to-decision from intake to leadership disposition
Fewer late-stage escalations through earlier signal detection and stronger data rigor
