Description:
The Global OTC Respiratory group at client Consumer Healthcare is searching for an External Worker (EW) - Chemist responsible for routine analysis, identification, and quantification of chemical components of natural and synthetic materials. Performed quantitative and/or qualitative analysis using classical and instrumental methods. The EW-Chemist will perform all work in compliance with Standard Operation Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Safety Guidelines.
As an EW - Chemist, you will perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis using classical and instrumental methods to discover and characterize new drugs, materials, packaging and technologies.

As an EW - Chemist, you will perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis using classical and instrumental methods to discover and characterize new drugs, materials, packaging and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate competency in the operation of analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, dissolution, UV/VIS and wet chemistry techniques.
- Performed quantitative analysis on routine samples in compliance with Standard Operation procedures, GMP, GLP and safety guidelines.
- Calculate results from experiments and document all laboratory work in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Author and review documents that ensure GMP compliance including Standard Operation Procedures and Guidance’s. • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and demonstrate competency on software programs utilize in the laboratory such as Empower, LIMS, ELN.
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related sciences.
- Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) operations
- Experience addressing technical business solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience assuring compliance with regulations.
- Competency on software programs (Empower, LIMS, ELN)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in chemistry with experience in GMP operations
- Proficiency on software programs (Empower, LIMS, ELN)
