Duration: 4 Months

Role Overview
The AI Strategy, Acceleration and Program team is seeking a temporary consultant to support the planning and implementation of enterprise AI enablement initiatives. This role combines roadmap development, strategic planning, and hands-on project management. The consultant will help translate evolving objectives into sequenced plans, coordinate interdependent workstreams, surface decisions and risks, and provide leaders with a clear view of progress. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between strategic problem solving and detailed execution in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate AI enablement priorities and leadership direction into practical workstreams, implementation plans, milestones, deliverables, and measures of progress.
  • Create and maintain integrated roadmaps that connect strategic objectives with sequencing, dependencies, decision points, stakeholder commitments, and available capacity.
  • Manage assigned workstreams through detailed plans, action and decision logs, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and consistent follow-through.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, workstream meetings, dependency reviews, and leadership checkpoints that drive decisions, accountability, and forward movement.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, governance, and external-partner teams; clarify ownership, handoffs, and engagement points.
  • Identify critical-path items, resource constraints, competing priorities, and unresolved decisions; develop clear options, recommendations, and escalation paths.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready roadmap views, status updates, briefing materials, and decision documents.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation, program or project management, technology delivery, transformation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building roadmaps and converting broad objectives into actionable, sequenced plans.
  • Experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong structured problem-solving, facilitation, written communication, and executive-presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, establish structure, and drive work forward without relying on formal authority.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, project-planning tools, and collaboration or work-management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting AI, data, digital, platform, technology-governance, or other emerging-technology initiatives.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint; financial-services or other regulated-industry experience.
