Job Summary:

• Lead discovery sessions to translate business problems into scalable AI, LLM, and RAG based solution requirements.
• Design and implement LLM workflows, retrieval augmented generation pipelines, vector store integrations, and prompt strategies that deliver accurate and safe AI outputs.
• Build and optimize Python based AI components, including embedding generation, model orchestration, evaluation scripts, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare high quality datasets, define transformation logic, and ensure reliable data pipelines for model training and retrieval.
• Architect and deploy AI solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and secure data access across services.
• Develop prompt templates, guardrails, evaluation metrics, and safety checks to reduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.
• Conduct testing and validation of AI systems, including retrieval quality, model accuracy, latency, and user experience.
• Document AI architectures, data flows, and model behavior to support transparency, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with product and business teams to prioritize AI features, run experiments, and deliver measurable business value.
