Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Center Participant Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months 


Lead acquisition of prospective participants for Client Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC).  This position is responsible for the implementation of multi-channeled out-reach for the recruitment of small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) and students participants for Client AMC including: (1) conducting market research to discover the best way to reach eligible SMBs and students (2) planning implementing, and facilitating social media outreach (3) implementing other inquiry generating activity. The role requires a driven, independent person who can easily grasp the vision of  AMC and translate that vision into relatable messaging and benefits to potential participants.  This role requires the ability to work across different teams to design and implement candidate assessment processes that are in line with the client's policy. Ideally, the candidate should have five plus years' experience with work in start-up companies or directly with SMBs preferred.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements 
•  Passion for developing SMBs and start-up companies 
•  5+ years of proven experience in implementing high impact, successful promotion programs for SMBs, start-up companies, and students
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•  Thrives in ambiguous work environment, highly collaborative and results focused 
•  Planning and scheduling of venues, and resources for business conventions
•  Data-driven with strong analytical skills
•  Strong work ethic and high integrity
