Title: Administrator, System Support
Duration: 6+ months
Location: State College, PA 16803
Hours: 40 hours a week, sometime between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm EST
Day to Day
Team Name: CDS DocFinity
Team: Working with CDS, primarily the DocFinity team, in the PA office. Responsible for the entire office, so must be ready to have your work trumped if someone needs you to ‘fix their system’. Culture is a fast-paced moving technology firm, so must be able to adapt and learn new things.
REQUIRED technologies: Networking; Workstation Support; Windows; Linux; General IT system knowledge; Google Administration
PREFERRED/NICE TO HAVE technologies: Docker; AWS; Ubiquity Networking, Security / Virus Prevention and Mitigation
Soft Skills: Strong communication; ability to focus on directed goals; ability to prioritize are keys. Able to multi-task. Ability to be assigned a task and finish the task in a timely manner. Strong eye towards compliance and security. Must have great integrity, character and be trustworthy.

Day to Day
- Responsible for the upkeep and availability of both the hard-wired ethernet network and wireless network of the office.
- Responsible for all auxiliary and administrative systems, including email through Google, Google voice, Google GSuite, and more.
- Responsible for security of the network.
- Responsible for workstation management, workstation imaging, and general IT support of the physical office.
