Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Process and manage invoicing activities
- Push orders through the warehouse fulfillment process
- Prepare and manage corresponding export documentation
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all administrative tasks

Experience & Responsibilities:
- 1-3 Years of Experience.
- Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. Performs a variety of clerical duties, which may include data entry, maintaining orders, preparing documents and paperwork for the warehouse, and other pertinent responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
- Able to write correspondence.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Deal with problems involving several discrete variables in standardized situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of tables, formatting, formulas, etc.
- Excellent word-processing skills (50 - 60 wpm) and business writing ability, plus accurate and precise proofreading skills.
- Strong organization, analytical, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision.
- Will communicate with all levels.
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
