Summary:
- The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by understanding work packet documentation, handling information requests, and performing clerical and office support functions.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting teams across departments.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level to 2 years of relevant administrative experience required

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to individuals and teams as needed
- Handle work packet information requests and prioritize them based on production schedule
- Perform general office duties, maintaining records management systems, and completing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare work packet documentation for multiple departments in production
- File, organize, and retrieve these drawing records, and reports
- Open, sort, and distribute work packet documentation to specific department leads
- Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized documentation
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily business operations
- Provide professional customer service to internal and external contacts
- Support office operations through effective multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through
- Perform other duties as assigned
