We are seeking an experienced 3DX PLM Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 application and production support for the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA, along with expertise in PLM processes, production troubleshooting, integrations, and automotive/manufacturing environments.
The candidate should have 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years of experience supporting 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications.

Key Responsibilities
Application & Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and related integrations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, user issues, and system defects.
- Monitor application health, performance, and data integrity across environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Support Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), Change Management, Configuration Management, and Product Structure processes.
- Assist business users with issues related to Parts, Documents, CAD Data, Change Actions, and Workflows.
- Support release management and promotion of objects across environments.
- Ensure compliance with PLM governance and business processes.
- Support interfaces between 3DX and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, SCM, WERS, SAP, Teamcenter, and downstream applications.
- Investigate integration failures and perform data validation and reconciliation.
- Support data migration, bulk-load activities, and data correction exercises.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot API/service-related issues.
- Support user access management, roles, licenses, and security configurations.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patches, deployments, and environment maintenance.
- Perform system monitoring and capacity/performance analysis.
- Support backup, recovery, and system validation activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ITIL processes.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of support tickets.
- Prepare support metrics, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Participate in on-call support and critical production issue management.
Core 3DEXPERIENCE Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

- Automotive or Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience supporting FEDEBOM, MBOM, AS-BOM, or Vehicle Program structures.
- Knowledge of CAD integrations, particularly CATIA, NX, or Creo.
- Experience with SAP integration.
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Teamcenter-to-3DX migration or coexistence environments.
- Knowledge of scripting technologies such as Java, TCL, JavaScript, or Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA support experience.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Automotive OEM or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting environments such as Ford, GM, Stellantis, or similar automotive/manufacturing organizations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
