We’re committed to giving back to military veterans who have served our country. We recognize that military experience helps create a successful workforce by building leadership, teamwork, discipline, problem solving, respect for process, and many other highly desired characteristics. As such, we have taken a specific focus on recruiting and retaining veterans and their spouses within our talent pool.


Through our headquarters in North Carolina, we’re able to partner with military installations across the region. Specifically, we’ve partnered with the NC National Guard Education and Employment Office, HIreGI, NCWorks, CyberVets, and the Wounded Warrior Project to help with educational projects, trainings, seminars, and recruitment in the military community.


When we say we’re a part of the community, we mean it. That’s why we’ve committed our time and resources to support the groups that help out those in need.


Diverse communities are disproportionately affected by environmental disasters and climate change. As part of our commitment to Corporate Responsibility, we have formed a Sustainability Initiative “ECOPHORIA” which seeks to promote and foster diversity by means of protecting the environment and doing what we can to mitigate our own footprint. Our approach is 3-fold: bring awareness to global/local impacts, provide meaningful contributions that align with our sustainability commitment, and take measurable actions to protect communities from the threat of a changing climate.  We believe that to create a culture of sustainability it is imperative to safeguard the communities in which diversity thrives. Ultimately the specific environment in which one lives determines much more than just their immediate location. It is indicative to their access to clean water, safety, education, and ultimately equal opportunity to work.  While our goal remains to change lives by bringing meaningful work opportunities for our candidates and creating an impact of Newjobphoria® , we also want to ensure that we make a lasting difference in the world that we all share together.
