Job Title: Machine Operator I
Location: Greenville, WI, 54942
Shift: 1st Shift ( 5:30am–2:30pm)
Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire)
Summary:
• Operates basic finishing equipment and tools based on established processes and directions.
• Follows work order instructions, performs quality tests, and adheres to productivity standards.
• Develops an understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine operation under direct supervision.
• Learns policies and procedures and applies them in routine activities. Builds productive internal working relationships and resolves simple problems of limited complexity. Complies with all required safety practices and regulations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
