You will play a key role in managing campaign execution, building partner relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies for major CPG brands
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, activation, optimization, and reporting
- Own go-to-market execution of advertising and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain marketing calendars across a portfolio of accounts
- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to improve outcomes
- Drive adoption and growth of advertising and promotional solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Strategy teams
- Ensure campaigns deliver against client objectives and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in analytics and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CPG brands or foodservice industry
- Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma, or similar platforms)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Curiosity and ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Interest in AI-driven tools and data-driven marketing approaches
