The Opportunity:

The Strategic Accounts Coordinator in Raleigh, NC will work closely with the designated team overseeing 
our client accounts. This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of account management 
including the interview process, assessing candidates qualifications and suitability for open positions, and 
various coordinating activities required within their strategic account.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support client manager on activities that directly impact their assigned enterprise client.
  • Assist with various scheduling and coordinating activities for designated team members on their 
    client account.
  • Support the management of MSP and/or procurement related activities for designated accounts.
  • Conduct candidate phone and/or video screenings, interview prep and debrief, as well as coaching 
    of candidates.
  • Independently review and qualify candidate resumes based on qualifications gained during client 
    intake calls.
  • Create interview packets, review interview schedules, and request interview feedback.
  • Assist with scheduling and note-taking for supplier calls, as well as coordination of interview days 
    and job fairs.
  • Facilitate negotiations of pay and margins based on candidates and clients expectations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for client and update internal/HRIS systems accordingly.
  • Coordinate with onboarding team to provide background check updates to candidates while 
    contributing to strong and consistent candidate engagement.
  • Conduct quality audits of delivery-team work performance to determine effectiveness of 
    communication and areas of improvement.
  • Utilize direct manager contacts to coordinate meetings for hiring managers to engage with account 
    executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts to understand their 
    evolving needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the client manager to identify opportunities for revenue growth within 
    existing accounts.
  • Assist other team members as needed and perform other duties assigned.

     

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Minimum one (1) year of professional or customer service experience 

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

     

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range (75-90% of time spent on computer and phone)

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
