We have no specific requirements or criteria for our candidates. We’re simply interested in finding meaningful work for everyone.

Will I be employed through SPECTRAFORCE?

Yes, although you will be working directly with one of our clients, you will technically remain a Spectraforce employee.

Practically speaking, this means we will issue your paychecks, offer you benefits, and verify your employment. We will also remain your primary point of contact. But that’s about it! You’ll still be working on site, doing the job you love.

How long are the assignments?

This will depend on the individual business needs of each client. While we advertise the intended duration of each position, they can occasionally be longer or shorter depending on a variety of circumstances.

How soon would I be placed in a position?

We do everything we can to place our candidates as quickly as possible.  However, the time this takes will depend on the availability of positions and your relevant skills and experiences. Once we find you the perfect position, you may also have to go through an onboarding process. Depending on client requirements, this can take between one and three weeks.

What is the status of my application?

The best way to find out is to contact your recruiter directly for an update.

If you do not have contact information for your recruiter, simply email candidatecare@spectraforce.com. Include your name, the position you applied for, and any other details you are able to provide. A representative from the recruitment team will connect with you.

Where are your offices located?

Our headquarters are located in Raleigh, NC. However, we also have offices in New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and India.

Do you offer relocation assistance?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.

Do you sponsor individuals who need work authorization?

Depending on the category of the position and its duration, sponsorships may be available. Ask your recruiter for additional information.

Do you have a referral bonus policy?

Yes! Employees are eligible for a referral bonus for all hired candidates. Please send your referrals to recruitment@spectraforce.com.

Why am I being contacted although I told you that I am not interested?

We apologize for that! The reason this sometimes happens is because we utilize multiple online job boards to source potential job seekers. If your resume is posted online or if your status is “open to opportunities,” it will appear as if you are searching for employment.

If you do not want Spectraforce to contact you, please send an email to candidatecareteam@spectraforce.com. In the subject line, you can simply list “Do not contact.” If you do not want any prospective employers to contact you, we recommend that you also remove your resume from any job boards you’ve posted it on.

Why are your screening questions necessary?

We ask every candidate these questions in order to accurately match them with available positions and to ensure we are not sending their information to the same clients again and again.
