Contingent Employee Benefits

Medical Plan

New Monthly Costs for 2023-2024:

401K Retirement Plan (1081.01)

  • A 401K (1081.01) plan is a retirement savings plan designed to allow eligible employees to supplement any existing retirement and pension benefits by saving and investing through a voluntary salary contribution. Contributions and any gains on contributions are tax-deferred until the money is withdrawn.
  • The annual contribution limit can be between 1% to 100% of your salary, or up to $15,000, whichever is less. Participants who turn 50 or older can contribute an additional $1,500.00.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
      -21 years or older.
    1. -Completed 12 months of service.
    1. -Completed at least 1000 hours of service.
  • Eligible employees can enroll semi-annually, on January 1 and July 1 of each year.
  • SPECTRAFORCE offers employer match depending on the employee’s contribution.

Short Term Disability Insurance

  • This is a private insurance with no charge to our employees.
  • This insurance can provide monetary relief in case of a non-work and non-car-accident-related medical disability that may require you to be absent.
  • This insurance allows you to obtain up to 26 weeks of justified absence due to a medical disability.
  • SINOT offers “Funeral Insurance” up to $3,000.

Paid Holidays

  • Six (6) paid holidays after 12 consecutive months of service:
    1. New Year’s Day

Christmas Bonus

  • As stipulated by Local Labor Legislation. Every employee who works at least 1,350 hours during the 12-month period, from October 1 of the previous year to September 30 of the current year, has the right to receive a christmas bonus. We will pay the christmas bonus as established by law up to a maximum of $600.00, no later than the 15th of December of the current year. As stipulated by Local Labor Legislation employees on their 1 year of service will receive half of the applicable bonus (up to $300)

Sick and Vacation License

  • HOURLY EMPLOYEES (Non-Exempt)Accruals are based on each month an employee works 130 hours.

        • 15 or more years of service = 15 annual days
      • We offer our workforce an additional 3 days starting in the first year of employment.

      • Employees who work 130 hours in a month shall accrue 8 hours = 12 annual days.
  • EXEMPT EMPLOYEES
    • Vacation Leave
      • Employees who work 130 hours in a month shall accrue 10 hours = 15 annual days.

      • Employees who work 130 hours in a month shall accrue 8 hours = 12 annual days.
