Title: Human Resources Representative 3
Duration: 12 Months Assignment
Location: Boise, Idaho 83707

Shift: Mon to Fri - 40 Hours per week

Notes:
Core Responsibilities & Focus

• Support enterprise-wide performance management and talent programs
• Enable alignment across teams through communication, systems, and processes
• Contribute to program deployment, reporting, and ongoing operations
• Develop internal materials (dashboards, presentations, newsletters) for stakeholders
Technical Skills (Primary Requirements)
• ServiceNow (high priority)
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including: 
? PowerPoint (advanced use)
? Viva, Copilot, Amplify
• Azure (foundational knowledge)
• Workday (preferred, not primary)
• SharePoint and knowledge base management tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and technology adoption
Functional Expertise
• HR systems enablement and administration
• Communication strategy and content development
• Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Knowledge base/documentation management
• Process design and continuous improvement
Work Style & Competencies

Experience & Background
• Experience in HR, talent programs, communications, or systems-related roles
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree (degree preferred)
• Exposure to manufacturing or semiconductor environments preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise-level or global programs is a plus

Description:
  • Global Talent Partnering and Programs – Communications and Systems Enablement
  • The Talent Solution Enablement Coordinator will provide hands-on coordination support across communications, systems, and program operations for the Global Talent Partnering & Programs team.
  • This role is designed to support enterprise talent enablement by owning scalable operational and communications workflows, supporting system enablement activities, and maintaining the connection and cohesion across talent programs globally.

Communications Enablement
  • Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications supporting global talent programs and initiatives, ensuring messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned to team standard
  • Support deployment coordination and execution of programs (e.g., talent nomination process etc.) through proactive internal campaigns, including launch communications, channel coordination, and post-launch reinforcement
  • Partner with Talent Partners and program leads to translate complex program updates into clear, audience-appropriate content for stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage communication calendars and track distribution across global audiences to ensure coverage and consistency
Systems Enablement & Operational Support
  • Support day-to-day administration and optimization of talent systems and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Viva, Workday etc.., ensuring accuracy, usability, and data integrity
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and rollout of system updates, new features, or process changes across global teams
  • Create and maintain user-facing resources such as job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and training materials to drive adoption of tools and processes
  • Serve as a coordination point for system-related questions, triaging issues and escalating to the appropriate technical teams as needed
  • Support the design and documentation of scalable delivery mechanisms that reduce manual effort and enable self-service for Talent Partners and stakeholders
Talent Analytics Support
  • Assist in compiling, formatting, and distributing recurring talent dashboards and data reports that support workforce planning and program visibility
  • Maintain accurate data entry and tracking within talent systems to support reliable reporting
  • Partner with program leads to document metrics frameworks and support preparation of data-driven presentations for leadership
Program Governance & Coordination
• Support program governance activities including tracking milestones, action items, risk logs, and cross-functional dependencies across talent initiatives
• Coordinate recurring team meetings, working sessions, and program reviews — managing agendas, capturing notes, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring accountability
• Maintain organized program documentation and shared repositories to ensure horizontal integration and accessibility across the team
• Assist in the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and program trackers


Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, program coordination, or a related operational support role
• Demonstrated experience supporting communications workflows — drafting, coordinating, and distributing content for internal audiences
• Proficiency with HR/talent systems (e.g., Workday, Azure, Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow, etc…)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity, consistency, and audience appropriateness
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across a global team
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
